In the time since ihategherkins.com hit the www, the IHG crew have been
inundated with emails from adoring fans congratulating us on the intellectual
content of the site. In general, they are from like minded people who
can think of nothing better than to poke fun at the vegetable we all hate.However, as with any success story there is always a dark side and in recent weeks our mail bag has drawn our attention to a problem that has been ignored by all but the IHG crew:
With the site growing in popularity the world over, it seems to have given all you ‘’ out there the confidence to come out and openly admit to your dependency on the prickly green vegetable.
Pleas for help have reached such proportions that ihategherkins.com felt compelled to set up the first rehabilitation centre aimed at curing individuals of this terrible disease and re-introducing them back into society. The need for

can be best illustrated by a recent email from Terry of Worksop, his real name has been withheld to protect his true identity. Terry goes into graphic detail about his addiction and how it almost ruined his life until GHERKINS ANNOYMOUS stepped in to save the day.
